At first I am also confused about login. What I figured out was that the online ordering from computer login and this reward app had different login. After downloading this app and too many attempt failed by using web based login, I decide to sign up again using the same email and it worked so I do not know why, but I got free burrito by sign up again using this reward app.

I logged in with Facebook and cant change my email now. I dont really check the one associated with my Facebook anymore and want to make sure I can get deals ect. from moes. Please fix this so I can change my email to one I actually check!!!!

This is such a great app. Love Moes rewards way better now than they were before.

Some bad moments

Somehow this app uses your cell number as a login criteria. So, if you sign in with Facebook and change your email in Facebook like I did, it will not let you sign in because your phone number will pop back as "already taken." Why cant you just sign in with Facebook and then edit your contact info??! I love Moes and was exited to use this app, but now I cant because of the way it treats your phone number

I cant accurately express how much I dislike the new rewards program because I have to give at least one star in order to submit this review. The new app and the way of earning free food are now absolutely terrible. I used to visit Moes about once a week. Now theyll be lucky to get my business once every 3 months.

You know that feeling after youve had horrible diarrhea for a couple days and you cant possibly wipe again? Thats how this new moes app makes me feel. Its horribly clunky and hard to navigate. You only get a small portion of the screen and it doesnt seem to save accurate location info. Id rather have a case of montezumas revenge than use this terrible app.

Because the ordering interface is literally their website. The perks are nice and all but if I wanted to place an order on a web browser, Id use a web browser. Redesign the ordering tab to be like the former app. Delayed presses, selecting what I didnt want to select, its garbage. Way less likely to be ordering Moes now.

I downloaded the new app with excitement. That excitement evaporated immediately. The location does not bring up your closest store locations like the old app. You have to type in your zip code. Then you actually have to scroll through the entire menu to select your order #firstworldprobs. I am a creature of habit. I have ordered the same exact thing every monday for the last two years, unless I was out of town, and the old app had it saved as one of my favorites. Ordering used to take less than 30 seconds, now it takes much longer and each time I order I hope to discover an easier way to use the app. No success. The only thing i like about the new app is the points counter. Give us back the old app.

If you download the app, you get a free burrito. If you use the app to order your food ahead, you cant redeem the free burrito. How could do you mess that up?
