Rewards in app is broken

When I arrived at moes I tried to get the reward points for my meal. The employee was having a hard time so the line backed up. When the supervisor arrived he said I could take the receipt and return with it to get the points or I could close and re-open the app. Since I did not want to delay the other customers I took the receipt. What they failed to tell me was it was only good for 7 days. I went back 4 days later and picked up food for my family. I told the girl about the receipt and she said scan my phone and receipt. No points were ever added and after reading the reviews on line about the Brooksville Florida store I am done with Moes. Watch out for flies and strings in your food.
