There is no link to click on in my "email verification" so I cant verified my email. I had at least one free burrito earned from Moes old system and I can no longer get it because theres now a new app. And when that old system had become the "new system" I lost another free burrito I had earned through the punch card system Moes had implemented prior. This whole thing seems like a scam.

My family and I absolutely love Moes. Spanish Fort location is the store we always go to. They have great workers that are friendly, fast, and awesome at what they do. We was a little disappointed when the new app for Moes came out but its easy and fun to use. Thanks to everyone there providing a great experience for us!

Been to Moes hundreds of times. As a vegan its great to have a place to get a yummy fresh salad with beans.

This app is far inferior to the old rewards system. Not only is the rewards calculation worse, making it harder to earn rewards, the app has failed to recognize the barcodes on my receipt the 3 times I have tried to use it. I am less inclined to go to Moes because they have made it too difficult to earn rewards.

I downloaded the app for the "free burrito for signup". My coupon was meant to be valid for 10 days but took its sweet time being delivered (and Id hoped to cash in within the next few hours) and the offer then expired a day early. I never got to use it and lets be honest moes is subpar so its not like Im going to PAY for a burrito to earn points for a free one later.

This app is so much better! Scan your receipt or use at register, super easy :-)

Disappointed. Tried to go use my coupon and it expired a day early. Instead of expiring on the day on coupon it expired the night before.

This app is literally the worst. I love Moes, but it would be faster to grow grain, chickens, and corn than to try and order a burrito using this app. The most frustrating part is the old Moes app was one of the best/fastest food ordering apps, and the "upgrade" to this garbage makes me just want to trash the whole idea. Moes is still good food, for for apps Im using chipotles.

Heres the deal. prior to the app, you could get an entree and split it with your friend. Then at the register you could enter your phone number and your friends phone number into old reward system (after xxx visits you got a free meal). It was perfect. Now they reward you based on $ per visit. This app is good for families and large order people, but for couples and millennials: GO TO CHIPOTLE!!!

My sons favorite restaurant. My favorite restaurant app. I was impressed that it is both intuitive and fun to use.

I have yet to be able to enter a receipt and it keeps giving me an error message that I havent set up a mail account when I try to email my receipts yet doesnt have an option to do so. I have verified my email account so Im not sure what else would need to be done. In any case, my receipts have expired before I could ever enter them.

Get a burrito for using the app to order! Too bad my local Moes doesnt support ordering with the app. Offer has expired now... I had high hopes that Moes fixed their ordering system with the new appsince orders from the previous version of the app were ignored by the staff and it was better to just go to the store and just order in person than be disappointed.

This app is fantastic-- super easy to use, looks great, and on the occasion that theres been a glitch, customer service is fast and helpful. Love Moes, love this app!

Favorite place to eat, good way to save some money

The basic functionality is there, in that you can order anything on the menu and get reward points accordingly. But, there are still some features missing that a lot of restaurant apps have. Such as the ability to save favorite orders, and the ability to store more than one credit card. Also, orders sometimes get transmitted to the restaurants late, making the given pick up times hit and miss. Its the start of a good app, but a lot remains to be done to catch up with competitors offerings.
