Been going to the same Moes for 5-years. About twice a week. The app works just fine despite reviews. Very very easy to use.

This app is horrible. It doesnt remember my favorite store or favorite order. It lags - A LOT. It doesnt store my payment information (even though Ive checked settings). When I finally get it to allow me to complete a mobile order, it sometimes doesnt communicate with the store and I will show up to pick it up, but they never got the order. It doesnt allow me to scan like a rewards card when I check out at the restaurant. Its really horrible. Please hire someone who can code it properly.

Half the stores dont have a scanner for the app. So the cashier literally has to stop and put in your points manually. Making the guest feel rushed and ride because theres a line backing up. And even then theres no guarantee youll get your points. I spent $15 and got 1 point? Thats not right. Seriously with theyd just go back to the iPad with the phone number log in.

Im loving the new app. It has a few kinks that they need to work out but overall its an upgrade from the old one. The rewards are great and keep me coming back to moes more often.

I got a new phone and when I tried to log into my account it kept asking me to verify the information then told me that my number was already taken. I havent had problems with it until now.

I cant use this app in my area at my local Moes. Sad

First of all, Im annoyed that they have made yet another new rewards program and wiped out my old rewards. Then I get an email saying to download this app and get a free burrito and yet I download and no free burrito. Im done with Moes and all their apps.

This app is junk. The free burrito they promise you never comes

This app is the biggest piece of junk. I never received the Free burrito reward, nor did the app give me credit for purchasing the supposedly free burrito. Please go back to the other Moes rewards app because this one IS THE WORST!!! #Disappointed

Free burrito comes and then well disappears.

Never received "free burrito" or points for ordering. Horrible service at location. Wouldve been faster going in and ordering versus how long I had to wait for my order. NOT WORTH IT!

The Free Burrito is under the offer section. Not all Moes use this app yet, Pittsburgh market definitely does so if youre trying within another city it may not be available yet. The free burrito coupon does expire in 7 days.

This app is only for about 40 locations only. Pretty dumb to make a app only for 40 locations.

I love moes and you should never change.

Everything works great but I never got a free burrito. Just 50 points...
